The Committee of Youth on Mobilization and Sensitization (CYMS) extends its warm congratulations to Professor Babatunde Bernard the Senior Technical Advisor to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation on his conferment with an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Governance by the American University of Peace and Governance, USA, as well as his award of a Certificate of Fellowship by the Chartered Institute of Peace and Governance (CIPG), USA.
