Youth Development Ministry Graces CMSM Founders Day, Urges Youths to Uphold Godly Values

Chief Obinna Nwaka graciously represented the Honourable Minister for Youth Development, Engr. Olawande Emmanuel Ayodele (@ayowisdom_), as the Special Guest of Honour at the 2025 Church Management Support Ministry (CMSM) Maiden Founders Day Lecture.

The historic event, held under the inspiring theme “The God Factor for Attitudinal Reformation in Nigeria: The Youth, Our Future,” brought together church leaders, government officials, youth representatives, and members of the Christian community to reflect on the moral, spiritual, and national transformation of Nigeria through the renewed mindset of her youth.

The occasion also featured a double celebration — the 72nd birthday of Dr. Pastor Kayode Nissi, a revered servant of God and visionary leader, and the 19th anniversary of the Church Management Support Ministry (CMSM), a ministry renowned for promoting excellence, accountability, and spiritual growth in church administration.

Delivering his address on behalf of the Honourable Minister, Chief Nwaka emphasized the vital role of faith and godly character in shaping national progress. He charged the youth and congregation to embrace Christ-like values, live purposefully, and contribute positively to society. He further urged them to make meaningful sacrifices for the nation, uphold integrity in all endeavours, and remain law-abiding citizens committed to peace and unity.

Chief Nwaka commended Dr. Pastor Kayode Nissi for his unwavering commitment to mentoring young people and strengthening the moral fabric of society through the church. He reiterated the Ministry’s continuous support for youth development initiatives that promote leadership, entrepreneurship, and moral reformation across Nigeria.

He was accompanied to the event by Hon. Kelechi Ugwumba, the Director of Contacts and Mobilization of Committee of Youth on Mobilization and Sensitization (CYMS), who also encouraged the youth to actively participate in nation-building by developing their skills and faith-based leadership potential.

The event ended on a high note, with songs of thanksgiving, inspiring tributes, and renewed dedication to raising a generation of responsible and God-fearing youths for a better Nigeria.
